【Portugal】Lisbon Lx Factory nearby Japanese Ramen—Tonkotsh Ramen
These days when I go to LxFactory, my friend lives nearby just found a Japanese-style ramen restaurant that opened very late.
It is quite difficult to eat authentic Asian food in Portugal, and the standard of taste of us was droped to the bottom lol. (but it is good)
This Ramen shop is located at a minute walk from Lx Factory, on the side of a tiny and strange walkway.
I get into the store it with the thought of “ok, let’s give it a try”
After checked the menu, I found out the ramen shop is under Gooju (which is also my favorite japanese restaurant locally).

- They sell true japanese food
- The ingridents is truely good
About the dishes
For appertizer we ordered Horenso No Goma Ae, it was made with spinach with miso and other seasoning, it is really appertizing.
Tori Karaage was made with chicken breast, the meat was juicy and tender after fried.
The ramen Rakkasei has pork bone soup full of flavor but fresh, the bamboo shoot is especially great.
The other ramen Karai looked extraordinary, the soup is also full of flavor and a little spicy.
the only flaw of these ramen is their noodle is a little bit overcooked, which makes them softer than usual,
but the noodle still release the fragrance of wheat when chewing.
The Mutcha icecream is super great, just like what I have tasted in Japan.

They open untill 0000 only on friday night.
the decoration of the shop is soso, also the dining set.
but their foods are great <(￣︶￣)>
